What is an amendment?
If you have input incorrect beneficiary details and your payment has already been processed, please contact us and we may be able to send an amendment depending on the currency and country of your payment. You can change a beneficiary name, account number/IBAN or SWIFT code, an amendment is not guaranteed and it is down to the beneficiary bank to reflect any changes.
How long can an amendment take?
The time scale depends on the country and currency involved, you will be provided with the time scale when you contact our support team.
Will I be provided with a reference number?
When an amendment is initiated, a reference number will be generated, you can then ask your beneficiary to provide the reference to their bank to try to speed up the process.
Is there a charge for an amendment?
Some of our banking partners charge for this service, we will let you know if there is a fee before we initiate the trace.
