Please wait until the close of business of the value date of the payment for funds to credit your beneficiary account. If your beneficiary is still yet to receive funds, please contact us at support@xendpay.com. We will then have a look into your payment to see if we can identify any issues. If everything is in order and the value date has passed, we will provide you with a payment confirmation, please ask your beneficiary to show this to their bank in order to locate funds.
