My beneficiary did not receive the full amount.

Xendpay will always send the full amount agreed when initiating the transaction. If your payment was sent via SWIFT, sometimes intermediary banks take a fee that may result in your beneficiary receiving less. Additionally, regardless of the pay-out method some beneficiary banks may take a fee for accepting funds and we advise your beneficiary checks with their bank what fees may be deducted prior to creating a deal with us.
