Please find the deal you wish to cancel under the transactions section;
Please click on the recipient name and it will bring you to the following screen;
Please click on cancel transaction and then click yes. Your transaction will then be cancelled.
If you do not have this option available, it means the currency has already been booked and you will need to contact us at support@xendpay.com. Please be advised a cancellation fee may now be applicable, as we will now need to sell back the currency.
