My card payment failed. What do I do?

It could be that Xendpay is not a recognised Institution with your card provider – you will need to ask them to authorise Xendpay as a payee and then re-attempt your transaction.

You may be debited by your card provider, although your transaction has failed. This may be because your card payment was authorised, but declined by our Acquiring Bank. You will be re-credited, however you may need to speak with your provider to speed up the process.

Despite your transaction failing, your card provider may still charge your card even though it has been declined by our acquiring bank. In this instance you will need to speak to your card provider.


Please keep in mind that you have 3 attempts maximum per 24h.
