Why is my transaction status closed but my recipient has not received the money?

Depending on the destination, it can take a few days for the money to reach your beneficiary’s bank account. You can check the average delivery time for your country here.

We advise clients to allow up to 4 working days from the date we send money to your beneficiary. If this time has elapsed and the deal status is ‘closed’, there may be an outstanding query - you will receive further correspondence from our Customer Support team.
