How can I follow the status of my transaction?

For each step of your transaction, we inform you via emails and notification:

  • You will receive a transaction confirmation when you have successfully made the deal online.
  • We will email you once we have received your money in our account  if you paid by bank transfer(we have allocated your funds on your deal).
  • We will update you once that we have paid your beneficiary and the money has reached the beneficiary’s account.
