My beneficiary didn’t get the full amount I sent

It may happen that your beneficiary doesn’t get the full amount in their bank account. This is because some banks charge their clients to receive money. This varies for each bank, as a result we are not able to tell you if the bank will charge your beneficiary. We advise you to contact your recipient’s bank for more information.
